Decisions, decisions. So many books, so little finds. Lol

Beach read!
I honestly only came for one book this time!
Very proud of myself today. I showed restraint and only selected a modest bunch. (Also I left my big tote on accident) #libraryhaul
Once I started this book I could not put it down! I devoured it in 6 hours and finally came up for air wondering if there was a sequel. It was a little western, a little Arabian nights, and a lot of girl power! I truly enjoyed this book and I need to know if there is a sequel?!
Only one chapter into this and I know it's love!
Finally found this book at my local library yesterday and I can't put it down. I absolutely all the different perspectives and POVs that Traister has included in this work.
It hurts to say this but I did not like this. I tore through it quickly constantly expecting more, but more never came for me. And it sucks because I love Harry.
Picked up a good book and a Pokemon. Letting the nerd flag fly high today! 😝
Only a few books in and I'm already in love!
Sharrilyn has done it again and created another entertaining addition to her chronicles of nick series. I love this lippy little Cajun demon boy.
Next conquest that is being paired with an interesting blend that was chosen by it's cool bottle!
Finally finished this delectable piece of literature and I loved every moment of it. I savored every anecdote that was then followed by funnier stories and stats. Moran is definitely my type of feminist, and honestly I'm on board with no reproductive system and a spare set of lungs!
"We have to remember that snidely saying, "Her hair's a bit limp on top" isn't what's keeping womankind from closing the 30 percent pay gap and a place on the board of directors."
"I want my entire reproductive system taken out and replaced with spare lungs, for when I start smoking. I want that option." This made me laugh so hard! ??
I should not be left unattended in a library!
Finally finished! I could have finished days ago but I didn't want it to end so I put it down lol. I absolutely loved it.
"The idea of love seemed an invasion. I had thoughts to think, a craft to learn, a self to discover. Solitude was a gift. A world was waiting to welcome me if I was willing to enter it alone."
"What if a girl grew up like a boy, with marriage an abstract, someday thought, a thing to think about when she became an adult. A thing she could do, or not do, depending? What would that look and feel like?"
" I built, then, my own kingdom according to my own laws, and when the sun beat down, it beat down only on me, and when my feet acclimated to the freezing water, it was my resilience that made this so. My experience of being alone was total."
Just started this today and I think I'm falling in love.
How have I gone this long without ever touching this play? It's amazing. I picked it up a few hours ago and now it's done. I absolutely love it. Oh my, what a masterpiece! What else have I been missing in my life? 😋
I have been toiling, trying to pull myself through this book, but I can't seem to get into it. I appreciate it for the careful narrative and the kick ass premise, but I just could not make it to the end. I will probably come back to it and try again, but as for now, I'm jumping ship.
Just a few chapters in and I'm already in love.
I read this book in less than a day. I absolutely loved it, and I would like to detail everything I loved about it, but that would spoil it. Deep down I know I'm a spoiler. So instead I will just stick with saying I loved it and shut up.
"It is difficult to flee effectively while inside a house." Why do I find this so funny?! ?
OMG! I love this book. I am so thankful that I found this app because I would have never picked up this book if it wasn't suggested so often. I can't put it down. I must devour it! 😋
I started this book with high hopes and I will admit that the plot is interesting. However, as the story progressed, the heroine went from rebellious and strong to annoying. I tried to continue because I like richelle's other series, but I could not finish this book.
Time for a new book. I've heard good things about this. I truly hope it lives up to the good reviews.
So sad to see this trilogy end, but it was a thrilling conclusion that satisfies all the burning questions left from the other books. I'll miss the stubborn heroine and mafia family.
Josephine Angelini did another amazing job in YA fiction. Loved every moment of this Second installment. Can't wait for the next one.
Loving the sequel to Trial by Fire. It's sucking me in and I can't get free!
Starting a new book today. Super excited! I love that these mafia families deal in illegal chocolate and coffee!
Talk about an amazing and inspiring book. I keep coming back to it. I am in awe of this girl!
While I found this book hilarious and shared a few passages with friends, I wouldn't suggest it for everyone. It's light and entertaining, but shallow to the point of being comparable to a Kardashian conversation.
Bailed on one book so I decided to read this. Warning: it's vulgar, but entertaining. Do not take any of this advice to heart. However, if you want to lol literally then this is the book to pick up.
I went to the library, blacked out, and this happened! Where do I even begin? Any suggestions?
"They seemed to be staring at the dark, but their eyes were watching God."
I was forced to read this book in high school for Black History Month, but now I read it because it's so beautifully written.
Oh Judy Blume, how you shaped my reading as a child. To this day I still remember lines from this phenomenal children's book. I do love it so!
Rick Riordan does a brilliant job of bringing the Greek, Roman, and Egyptian gods to life with his many series for children and YA readers. I started reading them in high school and still rush and grab the latest additions. The Mark of Athena may be my favorite book from him.
I loved it. Gail Carriger has such an elegant yet silly way with words that makes her characters deliciously entertaining. The concluding book in this series brought everything to a neat (if not tidy because that would no do for this series) end. She beautifully set up the sequel series.
The selection series pulled me in unexpectedly but I'm not complaining. The books were quick and easy reads that I could not put down, and I can now say I appreciated all the drama and heart-wrenching plot twists that kept me on my toes.
Another Ya series I devoured. I wish it would continue. Steampunk heroes and deliciously comical and deep characters make this series entertaining. This the final book in the series, and it leaves room for a possible continuation.
