I love this book!! From the magic system to the characters to the inspiration for the story, I loved it all.

My exams are finally over!!! I decided to have a #treatyourself day and head to my local used bookstore, and i found this gem at half-price 😍 I'm only a couple pages in, and i can't wait to done deeper into this interesting story.
3.5 hours...not bad for a 450 page book!! I love Rick's writing, and this was a great addition to the series.
I blinked and suddenly I was 20 chapters in 😳 I'm really enjoying this book, and I love the character diversity in Riordan's books. It's proving to be a great road trip book 👍🏼
...aaaand a week and a half later here I am rereading On the Other Side. I think this can officially count as one of my favorite books, especially considering the fact that this is the fastest I've ever been compelled to pick a book back up and start again. 💜📖💜
I finally got my hands on a copy of this!! $3.50 at a used book store 😍 I can't wait to read some more Tahereh Mafi ❤️❤️
This book had me hooked from the first couple of chapters. The idea of two books in one was very cool, and I had a good time reading it.
"And at that exact moment, the world exploded."
I've made it to chapter 7 in each story, and right now I'm actually preferring Gemma's side of things. I can't wait until the stories connect!
I'm really excited to start this book (though I'm not sure if I want to alternate chapters or read one story straight through yet 😬)
For what it was, I enjoyed it. It wasn't perfect, and it was pretty predictable, but I enjoyed reading it, and that's what matters.
Reasons why I cry in public places...I'm loving this book SO MUCH ❤️📖❤️
Somehow I managed to find the most gorgeous book on earth 😱😍 Stealing Snow is officially on hold, as I've waited too long to get my hands on this beauty 💜💜💜💜
I'm thoroughly enjoying this!!! And the bookmarks that they gave out at the signing are TOO CUTE!!!
Last night I had the privilege of meeting the lovely Danielle Paige!!! I've basically been in a reading slump since I finished Empire of Storms, and I'm REALLY hoping this will get me out of it 😬
I've made some serious progress in this coloring book 😍
Despite the ending which shattered my heart, I think I may have a new favorite ToG book.
Hot chocolate and a fantastic book...that sounds like my kind of evening!!! I'm about 300 pages into EoS, and all I'm going to say is that I'm FINALLY interested in Manon's story. Her chapters are significantly more interesting, and I love not feeling like it's such a chore to read them.
PS, Aelin is the literal best I love her so much 👑⚔
"Allow me to introduce you, Captain Rolfe, to the incomparable, the beautiful, and the all-around flawless Queen of Terrasen." All of the yes ????
I was EXHAUSTED when I got home last night, but here's a picture of the book 😱😍 the panel and the signing were amazing and Sarah is so sweet. I can't wait to read this!
SO EXCITED but also nervous bc Bible pages 😳
I should PROBABLY read the book I was sent to review BEFORE I get Empire of Storms 😬 who knows how long that will take me to read???
Re-read in preparation for EoS!! I'll be going to a signing on Friday, so no copy of the book for me until then.
Super late posting this as I started the book yesterday and I'm already on part two 😬 but I'm loving it so far, and it was SO easy to jump back into this world 👌🏼
This book is phenomenal. I'm really glad this was my first venture into Tahereh Mafi, because I think coming in pretty blind to her and her writing style was definitely a blessing. I love Alice, I love Oliver, I love this world, the magic system, EVERYTHING! 10/10, would recommend.
I seriously underestimated how much I would love this book. The writing is just 😍 and all I can say is WOW
I've seen a LOT of hype around this book, and I can't wait to dive in and read it myself 😊
I can't wait to dive into this book!!
It looks like a journal without the dust jacket, and I love it 😍 bought it used, so I don't have a dust jacket with it, but so far it's heartbreaking (as to be expected)
My library has a little resale shop, and I picked up this beauty for $0.75 😍 I've been looking for a good high fantasy, and so far this is giving me everything I wanted 😊
Just started this one on audiobook, and I am reading the physical copy between listening. Can't wait to get one step closer to finishing this series 🤓
This is a perfect book for fans of Make It or Break It, and the timing couldn't be better.
This is a perfect book for fans of Make It or Break It, and the timing couldn't be better.
This is basically filling the void that Make It or Break It left in my heart and I'm obsessed. Bought this on a whim, and I'm loving it 😍😍
Sirius Black is the actual best and my book bae 😍😍😍😍😍
Since I have officially (!!!!!) acquired the entirety of the Harry Potter series, I'm continuing my re-read 😍👍🏼
What did you expect, it's Harry Potter!!!
Why read an unread book on my TBR when I can re-read Harry Potter??
While I did love the format (I love a good play 😍) and I enjoyed the plot at it's core, I can not get over the disregard for the complex magic system I came to love during the series.
And suddenly Draco Malfoy has become my favorite character in a play that I'm not really loving. I really love the format and I think the story works well with it, BUT THE SCREW-Y MAGIC SYSTEM IS MAKING ME ANGRY
Open mind, open book...LET'S DO THIS!!
This was a perfectly imperfect finale to a perfectly imperfect series. This book gave me everything I wanted out of the conclusion, and it also made me extremely excited to see what comes next for Ronan in that new trilogy 😏😱😍
