I found this series to be well paced and cleverly described. The dialogue between characters was major in advancing relationships and displaying personalities. The development and introduction of the characters was intriguing and the character's changes and decisions were unexpected. Other elements such as the conflict between the characters and their kingdoms is compelling, while also adding depth to the determination behind everyone's motives.

Yes! Just the sequel I was looking for! I thought that this book focused more on the political and strategic side of the story, but at the same time still held the element of adventure. I love how S. J. Kincaid developed the relationships between characters even further and how she expressed Nemesis's adjustment into her new life.

I found out that this book was out and was completely surprised. I mean I can't wait to read it, but the first book ended so well I wasn't expecting a sequel! "The Diabolic" is my all time favorite book and I'm excited to see the continuation of the story! ?

This series was well written and it was cool seeing how the three different author's writing styles complimented each other. This series is a great read for the Star Wars fan, especially those who are interested in the kinds of books that take place after Return of the Jedi. #StarWarsFan 😄 (there is also a nine book series that comes before this one, but sometimes it can be fun to just fill in the holes yourself😄)
