The book was an incredibly easy read and I will continue with the series. I found the dialogue a little stiff at times which affected my enjoyment.

LOVE these books. I read them years ago and they hold up!

Rowling is hard to read back as an adult. These stories are comfort reads from my youth, but looking back with 2021 vision makes these less enjoyable.

Ito draws beautifully. The stories were captivating.

I had expectations going in as I love a recent film adaptation. It was fine, just not very eventful.

Nothing was shocking or surprising. The characters lacked depth. It was a short read, time gaps and lack of character development left me disappointed. The writing style is great, it is very readable and easy to consume.
