pickJust found a new series I love. This is #1 in this fantasy series with excellent world building and a slow burn romance. A warning, it is rated as YA, but there are a few very steamy sex scenes.
so-soAny fan of the Black Dagger Brotherhood will want to read as we get the rest of the Rhange/Mary/Bitty story. Axe gets his HEA in this one, and we get set up for the next legacy story of Peyton and Novo . I rate it so so because I feel like we are recycling characters in some way. Sex clubs and meaningless sex yo deal with life anyone? It was a nice and solid story but didn't get me super excited over all, and I found myself skipping over parts
pickSo much love for Elizabeth Hoyt 's newest release! It got me out of my book funk. Girl from slums dresses as boy to fight crime and doubles as informant, hired by King's bastard son, who is a Duke, to investigate ring of bad, bad men. It was romance, action, a little mystery, a glimpse of former characters, with a set up for the next book...but it was perfectly balanced!
