This was an eye opening and adventurous ride, where non fiction reads like fiction! 💯

Started off great and then it slowly died... I tried and tried and tried once more. Hasta la Vista 👋
I'm on a big pirate kick right now 🏴☠️☠️🦜
30 pages left and I just want to finish this book!!!
Feel like this rainy foggy night is fitting for this book 🏴☠️
Been making it a priority to grow, forage and fish for more of my food. Here's my first batch of purple tatters 😁🥔
For a newbie fly fishing nerd this book was a fun read. 12 hours later and I'm still going --- fireworks probably don't help though 🤔
After hearing that this is a great book for readers who liked Ready Player One I jumped. But sadly it didn't live up to the hype. I pushed to the end but I should have probably bailed earlier on
Trying to upgrade my fly fishing skills this summer. Let's see if this book helps 🤷♂️🎣
little homemade meal, some wine and a book. Picked this book up last night. I like the author's other books so let's see how this one does.
Book done and bottle of🍷done. Great book about how a countries passion for their food and wine gave them hope in the darkest of times.
Reading an old copy of Walden up in mountains 🏔 with some ☕️
Today's breakfast skillet is filled with tons of local deliciousness! Just finished up this crazy book. Really enjoyed it. Another eye opening story about how we are overfishing our oceans and the screwed up politics and loopholes that allow people to get away with it.
Sunday funday. Cooking up a storm. Finishing off this book... Then binge eating snacks on the couch and watching GoT! ⚔️🐲🔥
So far a pretty interesting read about how timing plays a critical and often unseen role in all aspects on our lives.
Tackling another Gaiman book. Once I finish I'll have to watch the show!
Quite a long read and at times a bit slow but I really enjoyed this book!
All day skiing. All night reading (and cooking). Still chipping through my late night read. ✌️ night!
Usually I opt for fiction before bed but this is addicting... and concerning. The future of humanity is going to be wild and unrecognizable. 🙈
I was looking forward to reading this book and queued it up for my flight. Burned through it pretty quickly and in the end it kinda felt half baked. P.S. not sure that volcano should be smoking 🌋🤔
After reading Sapiens I've been itching to dive into Homo Deus! Here 👏 We 👏 Go 👏
I tried. I tried so hard. Some people would probably love this book but it got way to deep on sleep studies and experiments to keep me engaged.
Cooking with audiobooks (and wine) is the perfect combo 🍷
Seems like an appropriate book to send me to 😴
Malcolm Gladwell did an excellent job peeling back the layers of success in order to disprove stereotypes and reveal hidden patterns that can influence and even determine it.
Perfect Sunday. Skiing with an audiobook. Should be able to finish this book up by end of the day.
Struggled to get through this. Extremely dry writing on a very interesting topic.
Always like to learn how to optimize and demystify our bodies. But sometimes these books can be a real slog to get through.
If you are a Homo sapien this is a must read. Actually, it should be a requirement.
Audiobook because it's far too cold to take my hands out of my pockets today. Stay warm! 🥶🥶🥶
Subway reads 🚇📘 Should be a quick read on an interesting topic.
Cold day ❄️ good excuse to hunker down and read about the creation of 🇺🇸. It never ceases to amaze me how much of American history (and history as a whole) came down to luck & chance. That is not to say strategy, diplomacy, grit, logistics, weapons etc didn't play a major part. But luck and chance played such a critical role in the formation of America time and time again. Hope everyone has a great day 👍
Has anyone read this? Just started and can't put it down! 💯
Leaves you thinking a lot about Zemurray - how do you define and label a man like that? Good? Evil? Not that simple.
Loved The Martian and was hoping to get the same quality. Sadly this book didn't hook me the same way.
Really enjoyed this book. Scary and eye opening tale about the state of the world's seafood industry. Makes you think twice about what you buy.
