Beautifully written and well crafted story of danger, a mission for the Crown searching for Spain's crown jewels and for a missing lord, suspense, mystery, romance and finding a HEA. High-octane action, steamy passion, and fast moving story, with a suspenseful track from England to Spain to France. All the elements are brought together in a climactic, emotional and dramatic ending. Powerful, compelling with edge of your seat drama.

Ball Buster | Kara Sheridan

Mehso-so

A sexy new series, by Kari Sheridan, about hard-hitting pro footballers who don't play by the book, "The Playbook" series.
Meet Carson Savage and Sadie Reynolds, once high school sweethearts, now both have moved on, or have they?
The Alabama Warriors have the worst reputation in pro football
I do not usually read Sports Romance but wanted to give BALL BUSTER a try. I did have a hard time with the pull and tug between Carson and Sadie.

As with all Ms. Michaels stories she manages to draw her readers into her stories with her characters, her descriptions and her emotional turmoil. A story of passion, deception, betrayal, angst, murder, abuse, redemption, love and finding a HEA.
The H/H are a bit different as the heroine seems to portray two people, a bit confusing at first, but soon the reader totally understands her deception. The hero is vulernable, yet controlled.
