*If it‘s the 14th century, perhaps you give me the plague, better known back then as “Black Death.” Giovanni Boccaccio wrote these (100) novellas just after the epidemic. “The Decameron” is a frame story filled with tales told by a group of young people who take shelter outside of the city (Florence) in order to avoid contracting the disease. I‘m sure most of you read it for some class or other. 😊
