I rolled a 19. Kingdom of Souls it is. I love the cover art. This book has been on my nightstand and I keep getting other books to read. This is 400+ pages. Nice for winter time. Let see where this adventure leads. The gingerbread coffee is pretty good with a little sugar and French vanilla creamer 🥰 #bipoc #bipocfemalelead #bipocfantasy #fantasy #femalelead #worldbuilding

Liatrek Can‘t wait to see your review. This has been on my TBR for awhile 🙂 love the cover ❤️ 2y

June was totally my month of #audiogaming as it is the annual grindfest event for one of my games. I managed to finish the entire Shadow Campaign series which I thoroughly enjoyed. What I did not managed to do was read my BookSpin selections so that will have to carry over into July.
1 eBook
2 physical
4 audio
I also did not make any progress on my #BuriedAliveChallenge as most were library books.

As the conclusion of a five book arc I felt the ending was pretty satisfying. We see just how far the characters have come over the events of the story and the resolution seemed fitting. I think Jane got a little hard done by but in general I was happy with how things played out. Will definitely look for more by this author in future.

Another entertaining installment in the Shadow Campaign series. I wouldn't exactly call this series grimdark but there is definitely a lot of darker elements especially in the political situation with this one. It went back to its military roots and had more battles than the previous installment and I'm looking forward to seeing where things go in the overarching plotline.

The workbook breaks Worldbuilding down, getting you to think about things you otherwise may have neglected.
💛
Flicking through, I really like the bonus section on magic systems at the end. It‘s full of all the difficult questions my husbby asks when I‘m trying to figure things out.

Second time through this book, and it was even better this time around! Having read Ghosts of Greenglass House recently made a big difference in keeping characters straight. Now my #bookspin for December is done, AND I finally got a #bookspinbingo too!

Another amazing installment of the Greenglass House series (the only one I haven‘t loved is Bluecrowne, which was still good). I recommend reading soon after Ghosts of Greenglass House, because I didn‘t and a lot of characters would have been easier to parse if I had.

Marzana leads her friends on an adventure to find a kidnapped girl and discover even more than they bargained for.

10 for #15Books15Weeks, 20/20 #bookspinbonanza after the fact
