Rumor has it this should be coming out this year but there is not info other than Briggs is working on it so it may not.

That being said this is my most anticipated release of whenever it ends up coming out.

Playing catch-up from my trip yesterday for #25Alive!

The family & wolfpack in this series embodies #LastingLove through the good times & the bad. Maybe because wolves mate for life? 💚

Texreader I really liked book 1. Hopefully I‘ll get a chance to read more of the series 4d
Jari-chan I so love this series. He should write more about Green Creek ❤ 4d

Bad kids smoking the whacky tobaccy in the Edwardian era.

I‘ve never read any Patricia Briggs but I know she‘s a long running paranormal author, werewolf & coyote shifters in this case.

Decent read & art but I don‘t know much of Dynamite Comics. I think they‘ve made a trend of publishing established series comics.

You all read up on Patricia Briggs & Kim Harrison? Pretty old school urban fantasy writers I assume.

I loved this author‘s take on vampires in The Lesser Dead and this novel is also pretty dang great. It takes place in 1935 when Frankie Nichols, a war veteran, moves to a backwater Georgia town with his soon-to-be-wife Dora. He has inherited property and plans to write his family‘s history. He doesn‘t realize just how dark that history is. Creepy, beautifully written and solidifies Buehlman‘s spot on my auto buy list.

Reggie I love this author. Most authors don‘t even have one good vampire book. He has two great ones. 1w
TheLudicReader He is so talented, isn‘t he, @Reggie ? I haven‘t met many people who have even heard of him. 7d

I recently discovered graphic audiobooks in the last year. Now I‘m working through my old favourites (like this one) as well as new finds
What do you think of Graphic Audio “a movie in your mind”??

Butterfinger I like them. As I was reading, I heard the man's voice. LOL. I listened to Fourth Wing and the ACOTAR series. I like how they use the same voice actors for the characters through the series. I'm sure that is tough to do. 1w
Butterfinger It reminds me of the radio shows. 1w
Julies_Bookshelf_Adventures @Butterfinger I think that‘s why I like them, so far the books I‘ve read are continuing the voice actors throughout the series. I love radio shows and am so glad that audiobooks are making this transition! 1w

The Fake Mate | Lana Ferguson

Contemporary hospital shifter romance. Fake dating/mating that turns real very soon.

Mackenzie Carter (ER resident) needs a selfie with a possible date to get her scheming grandmother off her back. Dr Noah Taylor (surgeon) needs a mate to appease the hospital board after they found out about his alpha status. A bargain is struck and the two of them enter a fake mate-ship. But needing to spend time together actually brings them together.

3.75/5🌟

WOW. I really loved this book. I seriously could not put this book down. When I found out why Eleanor was sent away to boarding school and who Arthur was/how he became, I was truly surprised. Everything I guessed was not what it turned out to be. Definitely loved how everything tied together in the end. Left me with a very nostalgic feeling and the desire for more. 🐺

“I dont tell him that that‘s how it always begins: in selfishness, in ambition, in lust or desperation. That love starts out as something you want to bite into and ends as something that swallows you up.” 🤯🥺🫀
