ReadingSusan @Bookish.Heart yeah I can‘t imagine being able to finish it. It‘s not just that it‘s painful. It‘s badly written. It bothers me how all these conversations have quotation marks when he wasn‘t actually there. It‘s irritating. No way they are really direct quotes. 7y

I loved this collection of short stories! It was so good. I am usually not the biggest fan of short stories because they are so quick and you don‘t have a lot of time to get to know the characters, This collection is the exception to the rule. I enjoyed every story and the characters were all terrific. I love Curtis Sittenfeld‘s writing! #thebiggamesonrat
