TheAromaofBooks Thank you for the repost!!! 2y
Allylu Well, I just finished reading my #DS 15 Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby Van Pelt. I loved it, loved it, loved it! My #BS 12 is To: Night Owl From: Dogfish which is one of the books I chose to read from the #SummerReadingGuide on Modern Mrs. Darcy Book Club. I'm really enjoying being part of that group, too. So nice to have bookish friends. 2y
willaful I finally got a number that's an actual title! I bought this one on a whim because it looked like the sort of oldie I enjoy. We shall see! 2y

Another #summerfun read. This one is my #summerreadingguide selection & what better place to read it than poolside. @StayCurious @4thhouseontheleft

We did a thing and put together a #bookofthemonth Summer Reading Guide (this is Part I of II)!

Share it with your friends, subscribe and welcome Emily Johnston back to the blog because let's face it, we all missed her! ❤️

Stay tune for Part II tomorrow (or Monday) depending on our schedules.

I feel like this maybe had potential, but it‘s having trouble holding my attention and life‘s to short for that.

4.5 stars for this tense and riveting story! The writing is character driven and its surroundings depicted so realistically it transported me on an epic heart-racing adventure down the Canadian Maskwa River. A canoe adventure, thriller and mystery all rolled into one. I highly recommend reading it. #MMD #summerreadingguide

Bklover Looking forward to this one! 6y

Mehso-so

Feeling pretty meh in regards to this audiobook.

This is the first in the #summerreadingguide that I‘ve been disappointed with. I don‘t necessarily believe that a book must add to a genre to be good. That‘s impossible all the time. But there‘s nothing new here.

Perks: this is currently a kindle unlimited title so I didn‘t have to pay any extra to listen to it.

Why is this book so good? I went in expecting a thriller, but what I found was a beautiful portrayal of male friendship.

❤️

Reviewsbylola The cover is so entrancing. It‘s so nice when a book surprises you in that way. 6y
Ashley_Nicoletto @Reviewsbylola Agreed, it‘s a gorgeous book and I happened to find it at my half price books which makes it even better. Plus it was delightful. All around win. 😊 6y

This is a phenomenal historical fiction novel told by three narrators about The Huntress. The mistress of a Nazi officer who is wanted for war crimes. I adored this book. It‘s my first of Kate Quinn‘s, but please excuse me while I pick up her backlist. #summerreadingguide

suvata I couldn‘t agree more. This was a GREAT book! 6y
CoffeeNBooks I haven't read this one yet, but The Alice Network was great! 6y
Ashley_Nicoletto @CoffeeNBooks You‘re the second person to tell me this. I‘ll have to try that one next. 6y
