This was a so so book I feel it got really boring at times but it was really interesting at times to it talks about real estate and what type of person is good for that job. I think this book shows you can do anything if you work hard and don‘t give up. I would recommend this book to someone who is interested in learning something knew and thinks real state might be a good job for them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - This is an ultimate "eat your veggies" book. A book you don't really want to read but it is so good for you. This is the type of book that expands your financial education and gives you a better perspective on how you can be a good steward of your money. I have benefited greatly from Wheelwright's insights & I look forward to executing on his strategy.
