I like this book, but did the author have to include a “let‘s help you lose weight to be pretty” make over? I expect it in my #PaperbackCrush books but not a book from 2011 (or am I naive?

pickPeculiar Treasures was my very first RJG title 16 years ago. I instantly felt like these fictional characters were friends and we were figuring out life together. How mad and simultaneously excited was I to learn that despite this being book #1 that there were 27 books before this in various series and many that have been written since that only intensifies my feelings of holding these forever friends deep in my heart...

6-21-23: My final delivery from the Orange County Library System of Florida. I currently have 14 books checked out and have read half of them. I have a ton of reading to do in the next 2 weeks before we move to Philadelphia. 📖📚
