pickY'all, I am kicking myself for not picking this up sooner. It is such a wonderful story! Charming seems like a cheap way to describe it, but that is what it is. You fall in love with the people of Guernsey and ache for their suffering during the war. And you cheer on Juliet in her endeavors to both begin a new book and follow her heart. I now store it on my "read again" shelf!
