My favorite memoir...I read this just before President Obama was elected in 2008. Poignant and beautifully written, Obama's efforts to find himself can resonant with everyone. #readathonmemoirs

For @Liberty #readathonmemoirs I'll go with Ashley Judd's. This is not a shallow celebrity memoir- she talks about her work with the UN and does an amazing job drawing attention to the struggles women face throughout the world.
This is my favorite memoir because it's written by my best friend from junior high. It's raw, honest, tragic and brave. Straightforward and well written. #readathonmemoirs

I adore memoirs (and was writing a blog post about them today, coincidentally). I'm choosing another graphic memoir to play. Loved this book so much and equally loved the Broadway musical that I was fortunate to see in its last season.
