The main setting of this book is Rome and the way that the author describes the place it makes you feel you are in the heart of Rome. As much as at the heart of story is a beautiful love story it also deals with heavier issues such as Rape and mental health.

pickGood. Even though at times the writing was a bit disjointed and confusing as it suddenly went into the points of view of other characters and I felt like I wasn't sure what was going on. Also the story was a bit flat as sometimes as one idea was getting going it suddenly moved in another direction and the first idea was dropped.
