so-so⭐️⭐️💫 There is some good information here and I‘m sure it would benefit me to learn and use it. I found the presentation really smug, though. The author seemed to only use examples where he got it right and others got it wrong. If I understood correctly, he thinks that any compliment or appreciation that doesn‘t follow his format is judgmental and manipulative. I‘m sure he‘d say this is my unmet needs talking, but it bothered me.
