#Mtcookbook These kabobs were just okay - I did not star the recipe on my challenge list as something to make again. They need more pep!

Ticking off my #Mtcookbook recipe list, one by one!
Last night I made Ottolenghi‘s Crushed Lentils. Ful Medames is one of our favorite dishes and this one is basically a creamy version. 😋
Not including a photo of my bowl because it is not appealing at all! 😜 Hard to make mushy legumes attractive.
Today‘s projects included canning a batch of chicken breasts for easy meals later. I used a combination of recipes from this book and a couple of blogs. The recipe from this book included adding lemon and garlic for seasoning.

I‘ve never had potatoes with pasta before! It was a heavy dish, so a little goes a long way. But the flavor was tasty between the prosciutto & feta & copious black pepper! #Mtcookbook
No offense to blue cheese lovers, but who wants mold with their pasta? 😉
Two more recipes crossed off my #Mtcookbook list!
Cincinnati chili is always a hit!
The Korean Fire Chicken was okay, but to be honest I didn‘t follow the broiling instructions. Next time I will because I‘m sure it makes a difference. Also, this brand of gochujang is a tad too sweet for my taste.
This time a Somali chicken stew that was fabuloso! Husband asked for it to be put in regular rotation. #Mtcookbook
Still climbing #Mtcookbook! Beef Curry for dinner last night and Zucchini Muffins for a Sunday treat.
My kids liked the curry, but my son‘s friend ate before he came over.😂
There‘s been plenty of preserving and a decent amount of baking in my home recently, but I haven‘t been making any new cookbook recipes. So, today I‘m sharing this year‘s final batch of candied jalapeños, a few jars of tomato sauce, and these cinnamon rolls even if they are online recipes. Since the sourdough cinnamon rolls are from the Clever Carrot blog, I‘m tagging Emilie Raffa‘s cookbook.
