Let's start with the fact that I do NOT like #poetry. But I loved #milkandhoney so I was hopping that I will also like this one. Unfortunately this was not the case. I have a hard time reading it and despite the fact that I did like some parts I was more looking for the end and move on than to enjoy it. I am still searching a sweet spot for poetry. Someday I will do it. Just this book was not the case.

I am a #booknerd and embrace solitude and quiet. i love the artwork but am only giving this popular poetry ⭐️⭐️ I was moved by #thehurt but the remaining sections were obvious or maybe I‘m too old to appreciate her writing 🙏

I don't know why I put this book off for so long it is a great read, flows nicely, I love the subjects in the book, easy read 10/10 for this lady.
