pickI adored this post-World War II noir—the #scribe audio was fabulous. Evie, the teenage protagonist, is a beautiful mix of innocence and intelligence. Her relationships with her parents (especially her mother) and her love interest are developed with nuance. Excellent, complex, thoughtful model. So, so good!
