Loved this book so much. 💕
It's a book about Janna - a Muslim Indian-Egyptian American & hijabi teenage girl. This is an #OwnVoices book, for S. K. Ali is also Muslim. Such an important and intersectional read.
Content/Trigger Warning: Sexual Assault.

This book was so good? Ace main character!! Ace. Main. Character (if you've got any recs of books with ace mcs please let me know). And it gave me Lizzie Bennet Diaries vibes. Very cute, a lot of fun. Definitely recommend checking it out!

These are my #bookishresolutions for the year. I've already signed up for this months' @24in48 so I'm feeling positive. Let me know if you have a book blog!

The challenges I'm doing are:
📚 @bookriot #ReadHarder
📚 #litsyAtoZ
📚#diversitybingo2017

Anyone else doing these?

BookMusings Doing #readharder and #litsyatoz both author and title versions. :) 8y
Gillyreads @BookMusings cool! I think there are great challenges this year 8y
MariettaSG I like the look of the bookriot idea but doubt that I'll achieve it. I might give litsyatoz a go though. I'm going to see how many I cover just by what I read. 😀🐢 I'm going to discuss the 24 in 48 with some others, I seriously doubt that I can achieve it. 😯 (edited) 8y
Gillyreads @MariettaSG I've done the book riot one for a few years. I never finish all of them but it still really broadens your reading. I'm doing 24in48, it's lots of fun 😊 8y
