Finally getting around to reading this novel that I found some time ago second-hand. Only a few pages in, but enjoying it already. Also love reading about #Detroit. #MittenLitten. Happened to visit some second hand stores today and it felt like #TimelessLove of some forgotten treasures.

This book was amazing! I enjoyed how Lauren used the mix of supernatural killer, with the added bonus of seeing how social media can end up being used as a way to unleash evil into modern everyday life. The way she was able to reflect in each person how they were flawed/broken to a varying level. Plus, she did such an amazing job at connecting them together. Highly recommend this book, I had such a hard time putting it down. I didn‘t want to stop.
36/100 - being a Drama major at university really helps with all the plays on these lists!
Three of my all time favourites were on this one:
Middlesex
The Namesake
Never Let Me Go

Great story to show children that anything is possible with hard work and imagination
“He turned trash into treasure, beauty, and hope.“
This book tells the inspiring story of artist Tyree Guyton, who transformed his Detroit neighborhood into an art installation using everyday items to create works of beauty and meaning.

This just fell flat for me. The story seemed to drag & at 59% with an hour to go, I just couldn‘t do it anymore.
