Slightly out of the norm when it comes to genres, but crime is something that interests me. Love crime TV so hoping I will love crime reads. This one is a murder one set in 1919 India. Written in the first person. Usually get on ok with that style, so we shall see. Anywho, on the train, better get reading. ^_^

Anywho, eyre affair is an awesome read. It is my second run through, but it is as amusing and enjoyable as I remember. I just now have the full plot in my head again so I can carry on with the series.

Am a little unsure of the writing style, whether I like it or not, and a few times have had to reread a passage because of it, but it's not putting me off because the story it is telling is a good one. Am enjoying that.

Finally remembering bits of this book. Not read it since school (and that is a good 15/20 years ago) but do remember enjoying it. Never got onto book 2&3. So those will be a new thing when I finally get there.
