Thank you to the publisher for a copy in exchange for my honest review. Being written by a MPH definitely caught my interest because I knew the author was actually going to know something about healthy and nutritious meals. The recipes sound tasty and simple to make, but it was lacking pictures. Cookbooks need pictures!

Thank you to the publisher for a copy in exchange for my honest review.Crystals and minerals have always interested me so I was excited for a chance to learn about them more in depth and see how they can be used in conjunction with each other. I really enjoyed that you did not need prior knowledge of crystals going into this book and they explained what each energy each crystal has.
