pickI recently finished a book about massive home renovation in Detroit so looked for something similar and found this one. The author buys a rundown Cleveland mansion and begins the process of bringing it back to life. All of this takes place while his life continues on and children are born. It was interesting and easy to read. I found the author has newer books and I would like to read them sometime too.
