Started reading this today! Figured I could use the psychedelic weirdness of Wonderland to balance out the stark grimness of my other current read, Crooked Kingdom! #aghoward #splintered #aliceinwonderland

Beginning: couldn't put it down
Middle: pretty good then bad then just eye roll inducing
End: anticlimactic then just plain stupid

This really took me forever to read. And I'm heartbroken it wasn't good because I truly was so excited about this book. And omg it's so beautiful 😭

Finished this book while camping this weekend! I liked it WAY more than I thought. It's a different interpretation on Alice in wonderland and has a twist. I can see how this book might not be for everybody but I personally enjoyed it.

I was incredibly disappointed with this book .... there were some super specific reasons why I didn't like it, one of them was the insta love. I found it slightly creepy in this case. 🌟I just finished reading My Best Friend's Exorcism and I loved it! So after debating for ages I decided that next I will read #roseblood by #aghoward and I hope I will love it also!🌟

My reading progress has slowed so much over the last week that I've barley read half of this book in that time frame. I've had so much going on and I cant focus on reading which sucks because this is how I calm myself down ... hopefully I'll be able to get some reading done on my break at work today.

So I'm around 100 pages into this book and it is so weird so far.
There hasn't been much explain about the "phantom" that makes sense and he along with our female MC, Rune, have these special musical powers .... I'm not sure how I feel about it so far.
