Christmas vibes weren't really captured here, yet the storyline was good and the characters were likable.

This is about second chances, about escaping living under the influence of a toxic friendship, about not being a people pleaser to those who refuse to value you, and about self discovery.

This was really good, although the the most spicy of Christmas books I have read, which was unexpected 🌶️👀😂.

Hitting the pause button on these two...

Just can't find that Christmas feeling right now, and it seems a shame to continue reading Christmas without feeling the magic of Christmas.

I will return to these reads when the season rolls around again, if not in July.

The season zoomed by way too swiftly, and the world seems too chaotic right now...I need fantasy (the year round kind of fantasy), and Riley Thorn right now.

Purchased “The Christmas Fix“ less for the storyline and more for the writer. Love Lucy Score's Riley Thorn Mysteries, and therefore just had to scoop up Score's Christmas book when I ran across it while browsing.

“Window Shopping“ seems to focus on the old-fashioned art form of window displays.

And “Deadly Christmas Inheritance“ seems like a holiday themed who-done-it.

Also need to continue “Mrs. Miracle“
