What do a 30 year old jewelry heist, a murder in a columbarium (crypt) and a toucan have in common? More than you would think, as it turns out!

Also, I learned that toucans cannot not talk (I never thought about this before), and they are incredibly messy eaters that adore fruit.

A soft pick for me. I don‘t know that I will like this series as much as the author‘s Secret, Book & Scone Society-I feel like that one is grittier & feels more real & this one has a family secret that requires suspending disbelief a bit more than I like. On the plus side who doesn‘t like a storybook resort & lots of book references. As Book 2 is my pick for #SeasonalCozies February/Valentines I‘ll be continuing on.
