Yet another aspirational library. That little spiral staircase (which also leads to a hidden hallway to the guest rooms). I have mixed feelings about the Gilded Age (and decidedly negative feelings about its current reboot), but they had awesome private libraries---and views.

Faranae I use a photo of the John Work Garrett rare book library on my stream, and it must have been redecorated around the same time as the Biltmore Estate (it was built 10-15 years before), because the colour and fabric choices are identical. The Garrett is slightly less baroque, but that's only because they spent all their Gilded Age money... gilding a bathroom! 1w
