3/5⭐ Offers many useful meditation & visualization exercises. Provides alternatives for different learning types (visual, kinesthetic, auditory, etc). I appreciate the balance between grounding in reality & journeying through the spiritual/psyche. The info gets repetitive, & the copious examples illustrate her points without adding to the conversation. The last 1/4 of the book, which delves into religious/deity theory, is an unfocused tangent.
