Acrostic poetry allows the poet to embed another layer of meaning in the vertical #topic line, which can be as blunt as a schoolchild writing a MOM poem, or as subtle as Nabokov referring back to the book title here as he writes this message from the dead. #poetrymatters @TheSpineView
