Here‘s my stats as we wrap up #BFC #BFCr3.
💙 Overall average wasn‘t 50k steps a week, but I put in 256K and that‘s undoubtedly more than I would have done if not for the challenge.
💙 This last weeks new goals of doing my PT exercises and closing my 🍎⌚️rings went well. PT daily and at least 2/3 rings daily.
💙 11/12 books read
💙 Ate like I intended to all but 2 meals so 40/42!
