This one is #notinthedatabase but it is the latest by my favorite life wisdom coach, Mel Robbins. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It‘s another winner that showed up in my life right when I needed it! I forgot to post my audiobooks on my 12/1 #TBR post, but this has been on it some time!

This week... phew! I don‘t know if it was a kick-ass week or if the week kicked my ass! Old fitness tracker broke Sunday so I got an 🍎⌚️. It‘s awesome! Books remain at 8 and didn‘t quite get to 50K steps but some are unaccounted for. I‘m pleased with the week. I ❤️ Mel Robbins! Low FODMAP will now be Keto (doc says it‘s time). Other new goals include doing PT exercises at home & closing those damn circles daily.
This #NotInTheDatabase #Audible is fantastic; best Non-Fiction I‘ve heard all year! Using several anecdotal interviews, Robbins discusses what we can do to feel a sense of control in our lives. She explains how we keep ourselves in a constant state of anxiety by not dealing with the triggers in our lives that sucked us into our bad habits including our negative thought patterns, freezing at opportunity and becoming complacent chameleons.
