Fitness Goals - 1 ( need to improve during week 2)
Nutritional Goals - 3 ( can do better but off to a good start)
Book Goals - 4 (I finished 3 physical books & I‘m in the middle of 2 audio books 🤓🎧 tagged book is really good)
Overall Week 1 score 2.75
