#FebruaryFeels This middle grade series is so fantastic. I read both the books in this series aloud to my kids and they fell in love with it. Begged me to read more (I think they just liked my robot voice 🤖) Roz the robot washes ashore on an island in the first book and makes a home among the local wildlife. The 2nd book Roz gets robotnapped and is forced to work on a farm. She plans a daring #narrowescape to get back home. Highly recommend!
Sometime I think I‘d quite like to live on a narrow boat. But where would I keep all my books?!

Literally a #narrowescape - imagine lying still inside a wall or other hidden space with barely room to breathe while Nazis stomp around centimeters away

This book looks like an interesting account of a personal survival story of the Holocaust!
#FebruaryFeels Day 5: This is a harrowing memoir of young Miriam and her beautiful mother‘s #NarrowEscape from the Nazi invasion of Budapest. From a cultured, cosmopolitan woman of considerable influence, Miriam‘s mother burned all the family‘s possession, faked her own death, disguised herself as a peasant woman, and escaped on foot with a young child in tow.
