I actually finished this some weeks ago. I‘ve read 3 of the Gilead books - all loans from the library- and as you can see, I found a copy of Jack on my last visit. I loved this novel, for it's depth, and simplicity. It's celebration of being human, and the exploration of universal truths, as well as the deep and lasting love of a father for his son.
