Annotated Pride and Prejudice | Jane Austen

I can now proudly declare that I have read Pride and Prejudice! I most certainly liked it. Not a favorite, but definitely better than expected. Some parts were slow, and others hooked. I can certainly see myself reading more Austen, but farther in the future. Just not my usual style. Glad to now be able to join the conversation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Also, I like the 2005 movie, but the 1995 miniseries is just too cute! & I have a soft spot for #lostinausten 💖

Pride and Prejudice | Jane Austen

#LitCube 's #LostInAusten one-time box! With two really nice journals, one that says Pride and Prejudice on it the other with the quote from Emma, "There is no charm equal to tenderness of heart." There is also a beautiful mug with a Sense and Sensibility quote, "Know your own happiness." And the wax melts are the same theme. The LitCutie Lizzie and Mr. Darcy dolls are so CUTE! And the Secret Diary of Lizzie Bennet book with matching bookmarks!

BooksTeasAndBookishThings @LibrarianRyan yeah, I don't know why when she emailed us letting everyone know that one of the featured items wasn't able to be put in because they actually took her money and never responded or delivered the products. So they added the Darcy dolls to make up for it. And considering it was last minute for them, I am not mad at all. People will be mad no matter what sometimes, though. 😕 I am sad she lost so much money, but happy with my box 🙌 8y
