Your paycheck may/may not justify humiliating and overworking yourself on a daily basis until your slighted boss trusts you again. But if you do get promoted, she gives you the opposite advice that she just gave you as an employee. Now you have to earn your employees respect and loyalty, give credit where credit is due, and make sure your employees are motivated - the very things that you had no right to expect in the employee advice section.

What should I read first?!
I finally saw my parents the other day! Mom has been reading more as well so we traded some of our stash. Mom is borrowing The Shadow of the Wind, The Prince of Mist, There's Someone Inside Your House, and The Sun Down Motel. I took these. Even if the old romances are garbage, the vintage covers are fun. I won't get to any until August at the soonest, but it'll be fun to read these.
This book was recommended by Adam Grant and has been well loved by the HR Community. It reads like historical fiction or an investigative novel and is very intriguing. I ran out of time on my Libby Library lending app and have yet to pick it up again. I tend to read a very large handful of books at a time. #leadership #HR

pickOne of my all time favorite Historical Romances. I've read it a dozen times and each time it gets better and better.
It's got two strong leading characters, a dashing bad boy Viscount and a leading lady who holds her own and gets what she wants. And the plot, its brilliant. You wont be able to put it down 😍📚💜🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
