This has been on my tbr for years I don‘t know why it‘s taken me so long to read it. I really loved the interaction between characters and the storyline. I don‘t know where it‘s taking me but I‘m happy to be along for the ride. I‘ve ordered the next book and hope it comes in today as I can‘t wait to continue with this series

RaeLovesToRead I've read this before. I loved it. I'm re-reading so I can finish the trilogy. I remember Glotka being a great character. I also remember that it's not great as a standalone. 2mo

julesG @Caroline2 I read the first 6 chapters then went on a review bender. Seems to be a "Yeah" a "Meh" or "Nope" - not a Marmite book though. Some reviews say it's more like a prologue to the next two books. Some reviews say it's more about the characters than plot... I'm kind of just going with it, but willing to bail if too bored. 2mo
