So characters just got to the "master bedroom" and the one asks, so am I sleeping in the "slave quarters"? They both pause and finally main character asks if that's where that term comes from.
Fun fact: this is why on listings in Ontario, Canada (not sure if all Canada) now use "primary" instead of the word "master".

#FunFactFriday I was a preemie; I was born at 27.5 weeks, back when it was unusual for babies that early to survive without serious physical and developmental issues (nearly 40 years ago). My cousin has a 9 year old who was born at 24 weeks, and thinking about the things that can be done for babies now versus when I was born is astounding.

#FunFactFriday - from 2005-2009, I was a full time camp counselor/experiential education instructor! I worked at a camp in Ohio and one in New York. It was both the hardest and best job I've had - one of those times I wish I had appreciated it more. It continues to shape me, influencing my ethics and my art every day. (I wrote/directed one film about summer camp, and two of my writing projects are also about camp.)

#funfactfriday is that I adore and admire Audrey Hepburn. She was more than just a pretty face in Hollywood. She epitomizes what "classy" is, and she gave up a life in the limelight to spend her life as a true humanitarian.

For #FunFactFriday, I'm a few hours early!! Something that most of you Litsy friends probably don't know about me is that I am a writer. I am working on three projects at the moment and these little guys have all my notes. #1 is for a novel that is currently being rewritten after an intense round of editing, #2 is my first foray into Historical Fiction and, #3 is an idea that lives (right now) only in my head and this tiny pink notebook!

Can't wait to see Suicide Squad tonight! Fun fact about myself... I'm a figure skater/ dancer... Not just a pretty book face
