Kalalalatja I have read 9/25, and I have four books sitting on my tbr shelf for the challenge, so it is going pretty well, considering we are only 4 months into the year 👍 7y
hilded Sounds interesting, stacked:) 7y
BarbaraBB You have mentioned this one before so I bought a copy. Now I just have to read it! It‘s a chunkster, i didn‘t expect that! 7y
Cinfhen Ha, back in the day I LOVED chunksters @BarbaraBB I‘ve only recently developed some #BookPhobia #ReadingADD 😘I really hope you love this one, I think you will!! 7y
SledgeReader One of my all time top reads. Every book club I read this with refers to it for years. It consistently is chosen best of the year. One group even chose it two years running! 7y
Cinfhen It really was such a memorable book @SledgeReader 7y
Cinfhen What other books did your bookclub love??? @SledgeReader (edited) 7y
SledgeReader It‘s a mix based on the different groups but with the same level of enthusiasm - The Glass Castle, The Sparrow by Mary Doria Russell (a personal top 5), Rebecca, The Great Gatsby, Devil in the White City, Their Eyes Were Watching God, A Gentleman in Moscow, On the Corner of Bitter and Sweet, In Cold Blood.... I absolutely love connecting people with books that expand their reading life. Guess that‘s why I‘m a #librarian! 😉 7y
SledgeReader Can‘t forget A Lesson Before Dying. 7y
Cinfhen Love your list @SledgeReader and of course you‘d be a #librarian 🙌🏻💕😍I‘ve read some, loved some, not liked some and still want to read some❣️❣️❣️❣️ 7y
TorieStorieS I am going to read this one for #ReadAroundTheWorld for #Ethiopia! 7y
Cinfhen Great choice @TorieStorieS I hope you love it...it takes a little bit of time to get into the story so stay with it!!!! 7y
TorieStorieS Will do!! It‘s been on my TBR pile for quite some time, so I‘m looking forward to finally getting to it!😃 7y
Crazeedi @Cinfhen I've just seen this reading around the world, is there a certain order everyone is doing? I'd like to jump in if possible or maybe I'll just do my own list? 7y
Crazeedi @Cinfhen sorry I just found the post that has the monthly list! 7y
Cinfhen Glad you found the list @Crazeedi 😁I think @JenP runs the challenge ~ it‘s a great way to read diverse fiction & NF!!! I should jump in too!!! 7y
JenP @Crazeedi yup, just join in any time! Each month we read for a different country so May is Ethiopia! Welcome 7y
