Week 6 final check-in for #BFCr4:
This seemed like a good quote, something many of us struggle with.
Exercise—I have not hit my goals in this six weeks, but I have made an effort. Adjustment in work routine & other obligations have been a factor. I also need to make it more of a priority. I exercised 2 times this week. I did join the gym, so hopefully, the incentive of wasting money will motivate me.

Fitness Tracker: Your Gym Diary Book | R. Martin

Final check in for #BFCr4:
I'm not going to give my totals simply because this round was more of a lesson in patience. I need to be kinder and more forgiving towards myself. I think this round really gave me some things to work on for myself. It was so good to see others hitting their goals (and to enjoy cheering on others even when you fall behind on your goals), I can't wait for the next round!
