Actually I finished this yesterday but whatevs. Slim and Erin give into their attraction. But there‘s problems—Slim is a pilot and only spends summers on Gansett and winters in Florida. After 9/11 and losing her twin brother, Erin stopped flying and developed some severe OCD. But together they overcome her fears. Also Adam and Abby get married but that‘s kind of anticlimactic. #bcfr2 20/20 new goal 30 books @wanderinglynn

Sunraven That sounds delicious. It‘s probably been a few years since I had a grilled steak ... The grill usually stays buried since we live in a condo with limited storage space, but we managed to convince ourselves it was worth the effort today. Now, if only the rain would stop — which isn‘t a thing I say a lot, either. 😆 6y

Sunraven Just coming back to report that our grill adventure was a success (including grilled sweet potatoes, which I forgot we had until just before we started the grill), so hurray! I hope yours was also. 6y

Megabooks @Sunraven Yay! Grilled sweet potatoes sound awesome!! 😁😁 Ours was okay. Dad overcooked the steaks. I feel bad because he read online how to do it because he hardly grills anymore, but I don‘t think he looked at the thickness. They were well done. Edible, but not great 🤦🏻‍♀️ Maybe next year! 🤷🏻‍♀️🇺🇸🇺🇸 6y

Sunraven We‘ve actually never grilled sweet potatoes before, and they were so darn good. 🤤 I don‘t even understand how they‘re that good, haha. Sorry to hear about the steaks! But you‘re right, there‘s always next year, or hey, you can always have a redo just for kicks. 😉 6y
