1. Going with my grandpa on the weekends I stayed with him!
2. BOTM, Amazon, library and a favorite indie bookstore
3. Tagged and bunch more!
Thanks @Kshakal @Eggs #wondrouswednesday
1. Charcuterie with meats, cheeses, crusty bread, red grapes, and apples. Served with a bottle of my favorite red wine, of course! 🧀🍖🍞🍇🍏 🍷
2. The Electricity of Every Living Thing by Katherine May would be a good choice. I would also take Weyward by Emilia Hart.
Thanks for the tag, @TheSpineView! This was fun! #Two4Tuesday
Wish to play, @tiedyedude?
Shows what life is like for kidnapped kids and their families once they return home. Especially heartbreaking for Dylan who is nonverbal autistic. Everyone heals at their own rate, and it can take a while for the traumatic memories to surface ❤️🩹

Nope. Nope nope nope. The way the characters talked? Nope. The male author writing as a dead female veterinarian? Nope. The end?!? NOPE. (Ok, it wasn‘t TERRIBLE, but I truly disliked this book). (22)

Rien de tel pour profiter d'une soirée, qu'apprécier la quiétude du silence quand tout le monde est couché, en savourant une délicieuse histoire de meurtre avec un bon thé...
I listened to this one which I think is the way to go. There was much to like - in fact, stories of her mother were some of the funniest things about her book - but I thought the book was overly long.
This is a brilliant memoir and a brutally honest insight into Fern Brady's experience as an autistic woman. I hope the snobby posh bastards who she went to uni with read this and feel inferior and shit. Definitely recommend listening to it on audiobook.
I read this for book club and enjoyed it. Being in Molly's mind was certainly interesting but I will say I got to the end and went "wait...what?" I'm still processing how I feel about the ending, but I liked the writing and would read this author again. ?
