Almost 4 hours in and read quite a lot of the tagged book on audio while I put mulch on my flower bed. I've never done this before and don't want to repeat this anytime soon, but at least the book did make me at least 10% happier. 😉 @DeweysReadathon #audioyardwork

Today‘s a day off for me and I am grateful for it. I‘m clearing leaves and some old, dead growth from last year (should have done it already but last fall into winter was dominated by health stuff) and putting peas in pots on the deck. Peas are one of my favorite things to grow; it‘s a lovely day, getting those in.💚
Today I did a bit of #audioyardwork and started listening to the third book in the trilogy. I love the narration on this. I also like that it‘s a trilogy. Small amount of commitment.

Spent the afternoon doing yard work and cleaning the house with my husband. Got about 2 hours of listening in! And burned 380 calories and 80 mins of exercise on my watch! 💪🏻

We haven‘t had much of a winter in northwest Oregon. It‘s the beginning of February and I have primroses blooming, and crocuses and tulips coming up. It was time for some much needed maintenance today.
I‘m enjoying Wild Robot now, but I must say it was a slow start for me. I haven‘t met anyone else who has felt that way though, and everyone else seems to have loved it from the start.
It's #audioyardwork before 7 am since it's supposed to be 108 in Northwestern Oregon today 😵.
I'm listening to the complete works of Sherlock Holmes, performed by the incredible Stephen Fry- nearly 63 hours of Sherlock!
