pickThe first volume of March goes backs and forth between the day of Barack Obama‘s inauguration in 2009, and John Lewis‘s childhood and early years in the civil rights movement.
It‘s an extraordinary memoir in graphic novel format, and sparked some excellent conversations with Maya this morning. I‘m looking forward to reading the next two.
