22 #101 I‘ve been reading this series for a while. The protagonist gets less and less likable. I don‘t think we would be friends. This one went a little preachy and political. One of the characters laments giving a baby up for adoption rather than aborting him because she felt he didn‘t have a good life and died young. Ummm ..so no life at all would have been better? Don‘t get me started. Every character in this book is so self absorbed
pickListened to this audiobook yesterday - it‘s only 4 hours - and it was so funny! I mean with a hero by the name of Hiccup, how could it not be. As part of his initiation to his Viking tribe, he has to capture and train a dragon. Loved his method. I laughed out loud at the antics of the Vikings and dragons. #101 of my year 😈 I absolutely loved the show and can‘t wait till season 2. Now time to dive into the story. I‘m loving that cover so much and shall kick off spooky season with this one!
