No doubt about it I‘ll be pushing the books on her! 📚 And the pirates 🏴‍☠️ and the love of Pride & Prejudice ☺️

Her current “name” is the Stowaway, it‘s a nautical term, as Cpt. Jack Sparrow says.

Karen Hesse seems to better known for her novels in verse, but this fictionalized journal of a boy who stowed away on the Endeavor and joined James Cook's voyage around the world is probably my favorite of her books.
