Starting small with my first Nov TBR in a few years. Wish me luck!

So it has been a long time since I've been on Litsy, and been able to read really. I've missed it!
A lot has happened in the past couple of years. I got married to the love of my life, then found out days after our first anniversary that he had cancer, but thank God he has beat it! Now we're coming up on year 2 of being married and I'm so thankful for every moment we've had together.
Now to read a sappy love story to get back into reading! Lol

I want to *love* these books but what stops me from rating them higher is how quickly the timeline moves. From one paragraph to the next its just as likely that a year has passed as an hour had. Maybe it‘s me, but when I‘m in a story like this it is the ins and outs of daily life that make it. From the first book to this one there was a gap of three years. Still a good series but annoying too.
